Founder’s Office – Operations Lead
About the role
You work next to the two founding partners. You run the studio: the company formations, the cap tables, the contracts, the books, and the investor reporting. When a venture spins out, you are the person who makes the legal entity real.
What you will do
- Incorporate new venture entities and keep their registers correct.
- Manage cap tables, SAFEs, and option pools with our lawyers.
- Run the monthly close with the accountant and report to investors.
- Own payroll, contracts, and visas for the studio and the ventures.
- Prepare the partner meeting: numbers, decisions, follow-ups.
Must-haves
- Three or more years in operations, finance, or chief of staff work.
- You closed a month end and produced the reporting yourself.
- You handled company or contract paperwork with external counsel.
- Spreadsheet work at a high level, including a cap table.
- You can work in Switzerland without sponsorship.
Nice-to-haves
- Swiss company law and Swiss payroll.
- French.
- You worked in a venture fund, a studio, or an accelerator.
